All reservations for event locations and set ups should be made by contacting pjones@voa.org via email or calling (239) 772-1333 ext. 5754. Upon securing the event location GCV can then assist you in drafting a floor plan and guide you through our catering menu if necessary. We reserve the right to approve or decline an event booked within a 5 day window. This will be left to the discrepancy of the GCV Catering Department.
The hours of operation are 7am-7pm daily. Events scheduled during closed periods or holidays may incur additional charges.
A signed event request and 50% deposit is required to secure your event. Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your event. All events are required to submit payment in full the day of the event. We require payments in check or cash form only. Events cancelled on the day of event will incur expenses.
Deliveries of catered in house food items are scheduled one half hour prior to start of events. Due to volume of events on given days, you may be scheduled for delivery as early as one hour prior to start of event with complexity of event taken into consideration. In house linens for buffet tables are included in the price of event. There will be a 20% additional cost for external orders.
Please be sure to take into consideration the beginning and concluding times for your events as we will schedule staff, deliveries, and pick ups accordingly. You must submit the beginning and ending time of your event.
All food and beverage items are for immediate consumption. Left overs from in house, resident based events, will not be permitted to leave the event room after the event. For external catered events, we will not provide to go containers for any items left over.
Server Fee: $25.00 per hour
Staffing Service: $35.00 per hour
Bartender: $35.00 per hour
